"I had 2 three week stays here for dental work. The staff were wonderful. I have to mention a special Thankyou to Sanchit ( front door) who helped me with everything and I would have been a complete mess without him. Samson in the dining room who understood exactly what I could and couldn’t eat during my treatment- invaluable. If I ever need to return I will always stay here."

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."

"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff. "
