「A fantastic hotel! Great location on the sea front and a 5 minute walk into town. The hotel was lovely and clean, breakfast varied and comfortable beds, air con etc. Fab pool with jacuzzi and a great bar/cafe. The staff were outstanding - very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Isabelle and Daniella - they arranged some special trips for us and went over and above to make our stay so enjoyable. 「The views from the pool were beautiful and the pool was great. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and was delicious. It was an easy walk into the main part of town. No complaints, we would stay there again and will recommend it to friends. 」

「4 single beds のjr. suite の sea view とあったのに、チェックインの時にそんな部屋は存在しないと言われた。仕方なく部屋に行くと、ダブルベッドひとつとソファーがある部屋で、ここでは4人寝られないとレセプションに戻って話すと、コネクティングルームに変えてくれた。変えてもらった部屋は、海は見えない部屋で、sea view を楽しみにしてたので、ガッカリ。 さらに部屋のベッドにアリが10匹以上いて驚いた。 朝食だけは良かった。 本当にホテル側が言うように、シングルベッド4つの部屋がないのであれば、そう表記して売っているHotels.com も詐欺と同じです。 日本の旅行業約款に違反するのではないでしょうか？ とにかくこのホテルは個人的には二度と泊まらない。」
