「Not very impressed with meals, horrible free coffee and tea on breakfast (probably there were problems with water), but, of course, you can always buy coffee in the bar. On lunch and dinner all drinks except water are for extra payment. No electricity at nights, which is ESPECIALLY A PROBLEM if you have an early check-out, so we recommend finishing packing your luggage and having a shower in advance, because it's not easy to do it in absolute darkness. 「Le personnel de l’hôtel est exceptionnel, mention spéciale pour chaimae la réceptionniste. Hôtel flambant neuf, un service de nettoyage juste parfait. Ravis de mon séjour passé avec ma famille. Je le recommande les yeux fermer. 」

「The room was cute but not clean at all. even after the cleaning service has passed. The area of the restaurant was not clean either. We have asked for an extra blanket and they never brought it and 4 times for clean towels and they never brought either… rooms were cold and humid at night. i think it’s very expensive for what it offers. 」

「前回、宿泊したホテルが、いまいちだったので、ラユーンで最も高いホテルを選択したが、部屋とベッドは快適だったが、水回りが最悪。 まず、水道水が塩辛い。バスタブ付きの部屋を指定したが、バスタブがプラスチック製でペコペコするだけでなく、水が漏れて貯まらない。シャワーはホース～無図画漏れる。洗面器は水が溢れる・・・と言った具合。お湯が出るまで時間がかかる。そのお湯は茶色・・・。 全体に部屋の照明が暗く、本が読めない。朝食はデイツなどの木の実とパン（多数）、シリアル、ジャム、オレンジジュース、コーヒーだけ。オムレツは作ってくれるが、葉物を含めて野菜が皆無。地域特性かもしれないが、ラユーン委行くときは覚悟していったほうが良い。 ただ、フロントなどの対応はきびきびしてとても良い。」
