"The room was nice and big. Had issues with water flowing out of the bathtub into the bathroom floor and I advised the staff. It was a recurrent issue since it was due to the water faucet’s position and splashing the wall and into the curves of the tub. I did get a “smart” reaction when I informed the front desk though. "

"The staff was amazing. Nicaraguans are so friendly, attentive, and full of life. The room was in poor condition: the shower head fell off, the towels were frayed, the refrigerator was leaking and full of sand, the top sheet on the bed felt like paper. The bed was on roller. If you didn’t jump unto it, you might fall to the floor. There was no remote for the air conditioner. It was freezing. The drying rack on the porch broke off. THE FOOD WAS ALMOST INEDIBLE. I ate gallopinto (rice and beans) and cold bread with butter for most meals. The food at the pool was worse. The main food area/bar had slippery tiled floors. "

"The ocean veiw suite is the way to go. So happy for the upgrade. You are pool side near the restaurant and you have that spectacular oceanview. I woke up to a beautiful male peacock outside my window one day. I highly recommend."
