「Where to start??? The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who was working the counter the next morning was quite rude and condescending. I expected a bar by the pool; true there was a bar, but it wasn’t operational. The swimming pool was not useful for me or my 83 year old mother who has limited mobility as there were no stairs or ladders to climb in and out of the pool. You walked through a small wading section and then there was a ledge you had to get into...

「大通りから離れているせいか、夜が静かです。朝食も朝早くからやってます。ニカラグアの伝統食も近くのプラザでかなりの種類食べられます。マナグアのみの旅行には良い場所です。ただ、メルカドウエンベスもイスラエルもここからは遠く、お土産や地方への移動の都度、高いタクシーを利用することになるのでバス停に行きたいなら不便です。」

「The front desk staff members were very impolite and rude. They need to improve customer service skills to deal with guests. I was very disappointed coming from a Hyatt Hotel.」

「Our suite had white tile throughout. The large bathroom was modern and immaculate. Very clean and friendly. Quiet and clean neighborhood. It is a short drive to the Gallerias mall. The unmarked taxi stand is across the street in front of the car wash. This is our new favorite The coffee and omelette we’re excellent Looking forward to returning」
