「街の名物の温泉を楽しめる公園に隣接していて便利です。アメリカらしい温かみある造りで、古いですが清潔感あるホテルでした。レセプション、レストランともにスタッフは手際よく感じ良い接客でした。レストランは何を食べても美味しかったです。」

「Stayed at a historic double room. The room was not big (TV is small too), but OK since it was expected just as advertized. Would have loved if there's even a tiny table though. Shower was outside and shared, but the room had a bath tub which was good. Wifi worked smoothly and saved us (no Spring coverage around the area). Breakfast was excellent -- so delicious and nice atomosphere. We loved this excellent historic inn.」

「Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed.」

「The staff here were very good. The rooms however left a lot to be desired. I found a bug on my pillow. On top of the fitted sheet were some small, hard black things that could have been bugs or rat turds. The bathroom was gross. The sink was a sunken sink and there was mold around the rim of the porcelain part of the sink. There was mold in the caulk that went around the edge of the bathtub. I will say the shower curtain looked brand new. The bottom of the shower sunk in when I stepped on it. I...

「We stayed at Visitation during our son and DIL marriage in the Frederick courthouse- afterwards we reserved dinner at Wye Oak Tavern. The environment, presentation and superior taste of food made for a memorable evening. They treated us with a glass of complimentary champagne to celebrate our night and we never felt rushed to leave that evening. It was a special night and our stay at hotel was superb - rooms were immaculate and comfortable- hotel grounds were lovely to relax.」

「Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors.」
