Took a last minute trip to the beach. This property was affordable compared to the others, especially with such a large room and being across the street from the beach with beach access. It’s a small Inn, it was very clean and the staff were friendly. You park right in front of your room.

Excellent customer service! I appreciated the courtesy call ahead of time to see what time I was planning on arriving, and accommodating my needs. I also appreciated the coffee and muffins they put outside for guests. It was extremely convenient and the beach was just a few steps away! Would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to replace the hotel room door with a thicker more secure door. But besides that it was great and the customer service was exceptional.

Perfect Beach Vacay Spot
We were looking for an affordable one night stay on Misquamicut Beach and this was perfect. Their sister motel - Sandcastle is on the beach, and this one was across the street. The owner was accommodating and friendly and made our stay exactly what we were looking for. It was also very clean, you can tell they did the updates to the rooms. The little section of beach that belongs to the motel was perfect for our family for the day. These two motels were in the best location, near ice cream, pizza and your typical beach food. I highly recommend if you're looking for a reasonably priced beach motel.

Great location, clean but needs more updates
You can't complain about the location. The room was clean and appears to be recently updated. There was literally no furniture in the room except the 2 beds and a tiny bedside table. The beds were not comfortable and very noisy. With a little more updating this could be a decent place for a beach side getaway.
