The beds aren't the comfiest, and the rooms are a bit dated, but these folks will make you feel like you're part of the family! We stayed in several hotels around Scotland, but Strathcarron was the friendliest and most welcoming! 」

「Before we were even in the door, therecwax a notice advising people that no meals to be taken to rooms, as previous customers had left a mess! The suite was perfectly good...but kitchen area had 2 mugs..one chipped, 2 teaspoons, a kettle that wouldnt switch off, and no teatowels or basic cutlery. Bathroom fine, but toilet seat, too small and extreme wobbly! The meal at night, and the breakfast were excellent. The staff seemed to consist of 3 girls, who were obviously multitasking...i take my hat...
