「This place is in an isolated area but a good stop over on nc 500 for day trips to summer isles and the Drumbeg loop. The hotel is old and lacks lighting. Very dark but clean. Room was good. Comfortable bed. If you cannot carry big suitcases upstairs ask for room on flat as it was difficult. Parking just across the road Rarely saw anyone in the hotel only at breakfast and dinner time. You need to order dinner well in advance as no were around to eat. Good home cooked breakfast and dinner....

「I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

「We spent two nights at the Isle of Skye Guest house. The check-in was done via codes but there was staff onsite. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It would have been nice to have an in-room mini fridge but we did have access to a microwave in the common rooms. I loved the common rooms.」

「The Lochview Guesthouse is a top travellers rest, our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The guesthouse is conveniently located a short walk from the centre of Ullapool. Our host Andrew was friendly and welcoming.」

「This place is a hidden gem. The people/owners make sure you have a great stay. Very accommodating and FUN! My partner and I haven’t stopped talking about how great Kaitlyn was! I think the bartender was Tim, but yeah, Kaitlyn was amazing. 6 stars if I can! She gave us recommendations for our trip around Scotland.」

「Very tired building. No lift, zero atmosphere. Abandon hope all ye who enter. Breakfast 7 to 9. At 8.30, no croissants, pot porridge, one congealed fried egg, potato cakes dried to a crisp, sausage meat instead of a sausage. Truly appalling.」

「Had to wait for 45 minutes before our breakfast was served. The excuse was too many demands and only one person in the kitchen. Get more people then to help. Also no fresh fruit.」

「スカイ島観光の起点としては最適な場所です。サービスで気になった点は、①ディナー　予約して5分前に行くも、入り口際の最悪席を案内。入る時にメニューカードを渡され、ワインアルコールメニュー提供なし。席は、変更希望して変えて貰いました。他の接客は、席でメニューとワインリストを丁寧に接客。 前菜をシェアしたく、皿をリクエストするも拒否。メインに変わる時にカテラリーを変えて貰いましたが、肉料理に丸いナイフを提供。切りにくいのを見た他のスタッフがシャープなナイフを持って来てくれて美味しく楽しめました。料理は美味しく満足。我々がアジア人だったから? 白人には丁寧。 ②タオルと水のサプライ無し スカイ島観光を終えて戻り、シャワーを浴びようとするも、タオルが1枚しかありませんでした。サプライを依頼したら、すぐに持ってきてくれて、反応は良好。 隣にSPARがあり、小物の買い物も出来て良い場所にあるから①②の体験は残念でした。」

「It is a great view! Easy to park just over the road. Plenty of breakfast items and fruit provided. It was a bit cold when we arrived but once the heating was on we warmed up. Bed comfy, big telly.」

「Very lovely stay in the pod. It was clean and cozy and comfortable. We did not receive the instructions for how to check in but contacted the host and solved the problem. It was stressful because there is very little internet access in that area. The beautiful beach is a short walk away.」
