They said it was because of construction. Waited 15 minutes for the only elevator to have room for me to go downstairs with the gondola. Horrible stay. Reporting them to Hilton, Expedia."

"Pros: ideal location for tourists and visitors, free beverage per person per day, tasty (yet limited) restaurant options. Cons: staff are unfriendly and appear bothered if you ask a question (minus doorman, who is rightfully Instagram famous), rooms were unimpressive and was sloppily made upon arrival. Final fake: if you won't be in the hotel much and want to enjoy all the NYC sites by foot, I would recommend."
