"We arrived at the inn at 5pm and were told there was no electricity due to the storm the day before. The power had been off for 14 hours at that time. We came back after dinner and there was still no power. I'm sympathetic to their plight, but If the owners had told us about this many hours sooner we would have had time to find another place to stay, but by then we stopped at two places that were fully booked and finally decided to drive back to our home in Boston."

"The Innkeeper was a gem! The place needs a very good cleaning and I would rent a car the next time I stay there. You are about 2-3 miles from any restaurants, groceries etc"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Easy to find, down a well-maintained dirt road. Check-in was a breeze. Private and quiet. The woods surrounding the property were peaceful and welcome. Deer in the front yard, turkeys in the back, rabbits all around. Super clean and comfy! Weather was spectacular affording many walking opportunities both from and near this rental. Biking would be a plus. Have been renting in April on MV for years...this new location is a prize winner!"
