I took off one star because we checked in at the lobby, had to take an elevator to the 4th floor, drag our luggage (there were to luggage carts) down a corridor to another set of elevators, take the elevator to the 6th floor, and our room was at the very end of the hallway. It was a long way to haul our luggage. "
