Parking:

Available parking for up to 3 vehicles maximum. There is one parking spot available outside the garage and two parking space located at the bottom of the duneside on the right side of the driveway. Oversized vehicles not recommended for upper level parking.



Guest Access:

You will have access with our keyless entry, you can enjoy a flexible check-in any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date and guests can conveniently gain access via the smart lock.

Outdoor furniture may be winterized from December 1st - Memorial Weekend



Parking available up to 4 cars. Please note the driveway is steep and not for oversize vehicles. Oversize vehicles may parking in the parking space located at the bottom of the driveway.

All Upscale Lakeshore vacation rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your booking will include applicable taxes, a cleaning fee along with a safety and damage protection policy. We want to ensure the safety and security of our guests and properties. When you book a vacation home with us, you will be required to sign a rental agreement after booking along with completing a verification process. To complete the verification, you will be contacted via email and/or text message. Please be sure to complete this before your arrival, so we can confirm your reservation. Prior to booking, please reach out to us directly if you would like to see the rental agreement.



We recommend securing travel insurance to protect your investment should you need to cancel your reservation outside of the allotted window or due to inclement weather or any other factor.
