8.6/10 Excellent! (1,006 reviews)
Great hotel for RAH or Hyde park access. We walked across Hyde Park to the Moco museum in under 50 minutes. Quiet and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Really couldn’t fault. Quiet area to walk at night and look at the beautiful architecture in the area.

Large room with king bed. Floors are tiled (would have preferred carpet). Very clean. Amazing breakfasts feast!

Property looks tired in need of a renovation. I didn’t get the room which I’d actually booked and received a smaller one. Staff were unhelpful and although described as pet friendly you didn’t feel that pets were very welcome. One of the rings on the hob didn’t work in the room.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,838 reviews)
The hotel is lovely. High end without being pretentious and feels reasonably priced in this context. Staff were attentive and helpful without being OTT, especially in the bar. Breakfast was of a high standard.
Location is fabulous. Lots to see and do nearby. We walked to Borough Market for dinner so didn’t eat in the hotel.
We will return in Feb. Party of 4 women.

"Has a nice friendly environment, clean rooms and common areas, but it's in need of some revamping, especially the carpets and furniture. The staff are exceptionally nice and helpful and always have time to interact with guests. Very affordable price for my weekend stay, and I'll return. Free and ..."
