「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「When we arrived there was a rugby match being shown in the lounge area on the televisions. There was a very noisy crowd which made it difficult to hear the reception staff. The bedroom was on the second floor above the noisy lounge and when the rugby finished a very loud live band started playing which we could hear in our room. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries.
