We LOVE staying at this hotel when we fly in and out t of Baltimore. The staff is welcoming and efficient. Rooms are always clean

great stay no complaints

Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink. The plug in (USB) on my side of the bed wasn’t working. All of these things seem minor, but paired with the lack of customer service from the beginning- it isn’t a very friendly or welcoming place to stay. Staff appears that they don’t like their jobs and while they may be true, patrons shouldn’t feel that when they walk in. I usually have a great experience with IHG and am a member, and this property fell short of that. The bed was OK- not the best but not the worst. We skipped breakfast because there are plenty of places around the hotel to go. Likely won’t return to this property- it has potential, but the service was below average.

Was nearby for a wedding. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The on property Mexican restaurant had great margaritas and food! I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

I was booked for 2 nights but I stay just 1 night and let the sonesta receptionist aware that i am checking out early but they have still charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 night. Even though I made them be aware that i have connected Expedia customer service that I can check out early but sonesta still went ahead to charged me 2 night fee. I need my refund
