「The location and staff were excellent, but I was bitten up by bed bugs my first night. I was relocated to another room for my second night, but was never able to get much rest.」

「We are a party of two. No favorable point at all about the hotel. We checked in shortly after 3pm. First of all, upon entering the room, we noticed a smell of urin, coming from the AC unit. We immediately reported the problem. Hotel clerk said to send a maintenace personnel to the room. No one came. We had to sleep in the foul smell all night without the AC. Also, the bath drained extremely slow. Next morning we made a compalint about the two problems. The hotel clerk at the counter (a...

「Beautiful hotel, comfortable beds and very clean. Though the sounds of the highway right below our window was pretty noisy at night...」

「I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were amazing and the room was clean. This is the perfect spot to stay when visiting for the first time. The location was great because it is in the center and you can walk, catch the train and it's not far from shopping centers and restaurants. There is a shuttle that takes you 3 miles out and the drive is so nice and accommodating.」

「Rooms are recently updated. Breakfast was just ok, have had better free hotel breakfasts.」

「Average hotel and average experience. It is a fair way from the airport and very difficult to access without a car (we used an Amtrack, then a bus, then had to walk with luggage for about 8 minutes). It has no restaurant and basic facilities.」

「Everything was terrific」

「The hotel was nice and well-maintained. I had dinner at the restaurant one night and the bartender who served me was friendly. The people working the desk were also always friendly and answered my questions. The fitness room also seemed new and was clean. My only complaint was that Expedia's listing made me think that breakfast was included when it is not. There is also a small historic building tax at checkout that I don't think was mentioned. But I would definitely stay again.」
