「This is our second time staying at Seacliffe and it was perfect for us as a family of 5 and a small dog. The house has everything you need, lots of space and a lovely patio and garden.」

「Approached down the sort of steep, narrow and winding lane that makes urbanites nervous, the hotel has a mercifully spacious carpark. Our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was good, and the waiting staff exceptional. Can't really comment on the local amenities: our short visit coincided with very high winds whipping the sea into massive waves so the beach was dramatic and sadly inhospitable.」

We are hours from home on a road trip.Taken our money months ago and no word from the owners, still listed online and still taking bookings. Landlord at a local pub told us tbey had gone bust. 「Parking was on a first come first serve basis, can be a little tight to get in and out, but a real bonus in Lyme Regis. Our room was very hot as we could only open the window about an inch. Nice size room, but on a pronounced slope, which was a bit disorienting at first, but the building was built in 1601 and can be forgiven for its little quirks.
