"We had a great stay with our grandkids at this hotel. Our rooms were not ready until 4:45pm but the reception staff allowed us to use the pool while waiting for our room. For the grandkids (4 & 1 yo) swimming at your pool was the highlight of their vacation. Thanks to your friendly staff, our stay was a blast!"

"The hotel is what one might expect if you are a fan of a family. Attention to details is amazing. Even something small as a toilet supply line. Staff is very welcoming and helpful treating you with a genuine respect. Must visit Silos, it’s an amazing place not only for locals, for visitors as well, concept all under one roof and quality of the merchandise is amazing. I would change a bit a menus a little too plain. Would like to thank the staff and Chip and Joanna Gaines for a wonderful memories"

"Room was unclean, could visibly see the dust. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It completely bent to the side of the heavier person. I’m 150, the other person was 180. Hallway was dirty. The staff though was very nice."

"I always love staying here on business trips in Waco. Rooms are spacious and feels like a small apartment more than a hotel room. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, stove and microwave. Cooking and eating utensils are provided. Comes in handy since I’m on a pretty restrictive diet. Flat screen tvs in living/kitchen area and bedroom. Bathrooms are spacious as well and entire space very clean over all. Courtyard is nice and the property is quiet. Nice to be across the street from the Cinemark and Top Golf!"
