"We had an amazing stay. The only issue we had was that we were told we didnt need reservations for dinner then when we went to dinner, we could not be seated because we didnt have a reservation. Apparently, there was a staffing issue and they could not accommodate anyone else beside the reservations they had already. The dining room was empty and the outside patio was not even close to being full. This was a very big disappointment as I was looking forward to having a nice dinner here. We went to O'Briens to eat. This place is a restaurant/bar. We enjoyed our dinner, but it was not the type of dinner we wanted. We stayed two nights and only had one night to eat dinner at this hotel. I highly recommend the hotel. We ate breakfast here and the waitress confirmed the hotel's issue with staffing and call outs. "

"The Hart Hotel was perfect for us. We wanted a relaxing stay while visiting the Thousand Islands for the first time. The proprietor, Jamie, gave us a few recommendations on places to go. Everything he pointed us to was exactly what we needed...and didn't even know it. His recommendations on dining, places to see, things to do and when to do them worked out perfectly. The rooms were quiet. The prepared breakfast was exquisite. The house and property were perfect for getting away from it all. Thanks Jamie. We'll see you again soon. "Second time staying over the past few years . The location is perfect , the attached restaurant is legendary with outstanding food. Quaint rooms with clean and comfortable amenities. Love the friendly and accommodating staff , ice and water machine is the icing on the cake. Short walk into town for shopping and dining options. Golf and pickle ball across the street . Great value for all the extras. "
