The hotel was very near the airport . The staff was fantastic and very helpful . They gave us a welcome juice drink . The room was very clean and spacious. The TV selection was surprisingly good . The breakfast in the morning was a good variety and very tasty .
For dinner the restaurant next door was fine . I enjoyed our experience there

I loved this place. It was a very nice building and the owner was very helpful. The room was spacious and the lounge area was very comfortable with international TV channels.
Breakfast was made for me whenever I woke up and it was excellent local food with a lot of variety.
It is away from the main road, so very quiet at night. The owner even helped me order pizza to get delivered for dinner a few times.

Spent my birthday at Villa Shade. Mr. Shiraj, was so kind to have me checked in so early because my flight arrived in the midnight. He make sure that I am comfortable within my stay. He arranged a tuktuk to drive me around beginning and arranged ayurvedic full body massage at Jasmine Villa which is so relaxing. His staff were friendly and always smiling. A traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was prepared when I woke up which is good. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful stay.

So I stayed just one night, and the staff rocked. They were very helpful organizing my ride to Kandy. They were very friendly, offering a ton of suggestions on what do during my Sri Lanka stay.
The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very hot, making for the perfect short stay.

Was a great stay. I was sick while there and my host, his wife and daughter took very good care of me. Made me home made soup.
Room is cozy and nice, grounds are lovely, house is right next to the river. Breakfast was made with love.

This was a great stay, we came in late after a long flight and just wanted a place to crash for the night before heading south. It was quiet, clean and cool: we had AC and bed was comfy: a private shower/bathroom. My host was lovely and got up early to make us HUGE breakfast before we caught the train in Colombo. He arranged our (reasonably priced) taxi to the station and gave us free fresh bananas from his yard for the ride. 10/10 for the quick stay. Thanks again
