"比較的日本人観光客には向いているホテルだと思いました。ひと通りの設備等は整っているし、立地面でも悪くない場所です。確認はしていませんが空港に送るサービスも有料であるらしいので、帰りも比較的安全に帰ることができると思います。ロビーのところにケーキ屋さんがあったり、最上階にプールや食事の場所がところ狭しと並んでいて、私が泊まった日はその食事の所で昼間、建築家の講演会がやっていました。"

"Most guests like myself will likely view the Mt Lavinia Hotel as a historic, heritage-listed establishment, and consider its dated facilities to be acceptable, or even part of its charm. However, it was clear that the people-centred aspects of the service were not prioritised to deliver high-quality service, making for a deeply disappointing stay. Firstly, the reception was dreadful. Upon arrival, there was not a single smile or word of welcome; having no choice, I asked if I could check in there, to which the female receptionist merely pointed to another counter without uttering a word. Even in the renowned and popular buffet restaurant, with the exception of a man who appeared to be the manager, the young staff preparing the food showed no smiles and merely gave mechanical responses; there was no sense of hospitality whatsoever. This is less a personal failing and more a sign that senior management is failing to provide the training necessary for these young staff to develop their professional skills. I had been looking forward to visiting for the first time in a while since the pandemic, but I doubt I will be staying there again."

"シャワーの水量は少ない。レストランは普通に安くて便利。5時am頃ホテルを出発。空港シャトルサービスは4時の次は6時。私達の出発時間とはタイミングが合わなかったのでウーバーで行きました。好きな時間に、たとえ夜中でもつかまりそうでした。空港から4分くらいで、とても近くて安いのでシャトルサービス利用できなくても全然大丈夫でした。"

"清潔なお部屋でした。 バスタブも付いており、ゆっくり浸かることができました。 オーシャンビューではありませんでしたが、インフィニティプールがあり、景色がよかったです。 ホテルのレストランで、ディナーブュッフェを頂きました。種類も豊富で美味しかったです。 連泊して、プールを利用したり、もっとゆっくり過ごしたかったです。"

"Our room was clean and made beautifully everyday! Each one of the staff was tremendously kind and friendly, treated us as precious guests! I sincerely appreciated the manager and all the staff at the reception, they wonderfully managed an issue that arose on the Expedia’s system. I will absolutely come back whenever I visit Colombo! "

"朝の出発が早かったので朝食が6:30～ということもありこちらにしました。予定通り6:30からすぐにご飯が食べられました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフの方の対応もよく何のストレスもなく過ごすことができました。お庭でリスにも会えました！"
