"We SOOO ENJOYED our stay in Lisa’s home! Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and well thought out. Lisa was friendly and helpful throughout our VRBO experience, and was even understanding of our extra family that ended up joining us! We were in town from Oregon for a special wedding so didn’t have a lot of extra time on our hands, but we still found time, amongst all in our group, to play a couple games, peruse the books, and watch our grandson with the perfect selection of toys. Lisa thought of everything! Oh and did I say, this home is spacious enough for a large group and is definitely comfortable, from the livingroom and dining room, to each of the cozy beds! Thank you so much for everything, Lisa! If we’re ever back in town, we’ll be looking for your home first! "

"This is a great place to stay, right on the river! It is a beautiful location with an awesome back yard and the view off the back deck is fantastic!We had a party of 8 with 2 dogs and we all had plenty of space. We could have easily accommodated twice as many people, if needed! The host was very responsive, courteous and accommodating to our requests.If there was a negative it was that the kitchen is a little small but there's also an outside kitchen (that would come in handy for warmer weather stays) and a partial kitchen downstairs as well so it totally worked. We highly recommend this place and we'd stay there again for sure! Thanks for providing such an awesome place for our family Thanksgiving & surprise birthday getaway! :)"

"Trout Tales was an amazing spot to be based for our group’s fly fishing adventure on the Missouri. The lodge was stocked with absolutely everything we needed (plus more!) for our stay and was located in a beautiful setting. Sue was very proactive in communicating with us to ensure our stay went without a hitch, and the cozy and very clean cabin was more than spacious enough for the four of us. Loved the flat top grill! The warning about making sure your vehicle has 4WD is no joke, it is a must to safely traverse the road to/from the cabin. Our expectations for our stay were exceeded by Sue and Trout Tales Lodge."
