「This was a different situation. I had reservations for a different hotel, made on Expedia. I got an email the day of our reservation that the hotel couldn’t accommodate our rooms because of a mechanical problem. They called and found a room at Holiday Inn Express. I had not stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, by the staff and their willingness to help us out. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was superb! 「Loved the spacious room with modern bathroom. The continental breakfast though basic was great. The entrance bulb in our room (310) wasn’t working and we had called front desk. It wasn’t really a big deal when it wasn’t replaced the next day (most probably because our “Do not disturb” sign was out). Will stay at the property again when we visit Great Falls!」
