"No coffee available after 9:00 am Written sheet in the room stated coffee maker available for rooms, but when requested - none were available. Clean room, very friendly staff, everyone helpful. One elevator being serviced during our stay, but really did not impact us. The only elevator was pretty quick. Room on check in had stairs to get to it. Our room was changed without any issue when I requested a more “accessible” room."

"Excellent place to stay very convenient and extremely well equipped! Kitchen bathroom had everything we needed! Great views!! We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "

"Great place to stay in Kona. The house was clean and had everything we needed including equipment for the beach. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and snorkeling.The only minor downside was that it is close to a road so it can be noisy at times. "
