「We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western in Plymouth Ma. When we went to shower we noticed that the shower portion of the bath did not work. We immediately contacted the front desk and were moved to a different room. We appreciate them being so helpful and accommodating.」

「Great place」

「まぁ、値段相応のモーテルです。」

「Was disappointed the front desk would not honor the $5 charge for a missing cup stated in their book in our room because they said the cost is $9.99 per the gift shelf price. That made me decide not to go there again and I chose to leave it amicably」

「unfortunately we were only able to stay for about 2hours because my son is autistic and wanted to go back home. Other than that very clean.」

The shower was the worst. I almost scolded myself trying to take a shower as I couldn't regulate the temperature to a comfortable setting. The sink now much better. 「All good」

「The hotel itself was gorgeous, super clean, beautifully decorated however, the staff was not the nicest, but I’m thinking it’s more of an East Coast type of vibe. Other than that, it was located perfectly in the middle of the city to be able to walk to lots of great restaurants.」

「Their service was nice. There’s coin laundry near the hotel and it’s easy to use. I recommend to people who’d be staying in Plymouth for a while. 」

「Had an event to get to for the day. Tried to check in one hour early to a 90% empty hotel (1:15 as opposed to 2:30) by doing paperwork but no access to room and they wanted me to pay extra $50. I declined, left event at 9p to check in then went back to event. Zero customer service. Poor business plan」
