Golf Weekend
Location was perfect for our tournament. Just the two of us so plenty of room. House could use some interior painting & carpet replaced, but clean inside. Exterior decks need painted & looked like some type of mold on outside porch ceiling which needs to be repaired/painted - we never spent time out there because of ceiling. One negative was air upstairs was not working when we got there, but was told it had been off for a while when I contacted host. It was 77 & took a while for it to get comfortable. Host replied to my message in a quick manner & told me some things I could do to help like open vents that were closed, turn down main floor unit, etc. One frustrating thing was gate to neighborhood is locked at night & I was given code to call host so she could open, but she would never answer so we had to sit outside gate until another car came for about 15 mins. She responded to my message several hours later & offered to compensate a small amount for our troubles. Said we would not have the issue the next night & she would have her phone with her. When we came in the next night there was a car in front of us so we didn't have to call to be let in. The front door lock was tricky & wouldn't always open easily, but after time we could eventually get it. Cute decorations inside, plenty of towels & paper products. Host was kind to let us have a later check out.
