「Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

「Short story, what was supposed to be a cheaper one night stay, ended up with a towed car and a towing bill. No mention of parking not being available in the complex in the listing. No mention of parking rules in the check in email. By the time I got clarification, I was already at a concert with my car left behind so I wouldn’t have to worry about looking for parking near the event. The irony doesn’t escape me.」

「Clean, beds comfortable, communication with Host was great, check in was a breeze, location was great for our downtown weekend. Only negative I think would be minimal supplies. Could use more towels, kitchen supplies.」

「My overall experience was positive with the host, but I could not give the property itself a higher rating. The host was very nice, responsive, and worked with me when the property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. He also checked in to make sure things were going well. However, this property didn't seem completely ready for guests. As an older unit, I could tell some updates had been made. But the painted walls had cracks in them, the floor was slanted, the lower kitchen cabinets were open...

「We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full...
