「Very convenient to access the Ramsay Park Family Center and shopping stores(e.g. Target). My children enjoyed pool there. The hotel's employees were so kind and helpful when we had some troubles in the trip. I recommend this hotel to my friends. I want to to use this hotel again.」

「Other than the thick layer of dust on the ceiling fan, the room was nice, clean, and quiet.」

「Our room was filthy… the guy at the front was so nice but unfortunately the showers had so much hair and the sink. I wouldn’t stay here again.」

「Communication is great, Everything went smoothly.」

「Great location, right in Capitola. If you’re dining at Shadowbrook, ask them for a free pickup from this location. Capitola village is also quite near. Free parking on-site is an added bonus!」

「This is a well portioned property and the suits are spacious which is great. It is a “beach” type property which means it needs to be maintained well to avoid moisture issues. The jacuzzi tub jets were dated and not clean. The hotel could use updating and the automated room messaging needs tuning to give accurate information. The breakfast was adequate with minimal meat choice. Overall, not a bad place to stay but not the best either. If you need the room space the beds and suite were good...

「Beautiful Inn and great location! Staff was super nice …」

「Our first time with fully self check in. I had a little issue receiving access instructions, but was able to connect to someone over the phone and they were very helpful. Very charming building and decor and very conveniently located. I would stay again.」

「Beautiful location, room was immaculate, and checkin was a breeze!」

「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「Ask about the size of the mini fridges since some of them are all not the same. The complimentary breakfast in underwhelming and not filling. Kpod makers at the hotel are convenient.」
