The property is easy to access and near where we want to go. The guy at the front desk was more than helpful. He really did a good job assisting us. On the other hand, it wasn't so clean, there was a smear of poop on the side of toilet seat when we arrived. The breakfast can be improved.

Arrived and attempted to check in. There was no front desk staff present. Sign on desk asked to use phone on opposite wall to let staff know you were there. Attempted this twice. No staff appeared so left property and returned 20 minutes later to try again. Rooms were clean. Check out was stated as 11:00am. At 10:30 cleaning staff knocked on door and returned at 10:50. At 10:50, cleaning staff did not knock, but rather attempted to simply enter the room. There didn’t seem to be any communication between desk staff and cleaning staff to communicate guests that had checked out. When, checking out, no desk staff was present.

This hotel is pretty good for the money. It was quiet and has a cute little kitchenette… I had read other reviews that said it kind of lacked dishes and silverware so I brought my own!! The little coffee pot was kind of broken, but I figured out how to use it The beds are so comfortable. We like that part that air conditioner works very well.

Great road trip stop

This is a great and convenient motel. It was clean, comfortable and has a full kitchen. Great spot to stop on a road trip and a short drive to Manitou Beach. Recommended for road trip sleep spot.

Breakfast was very minimal. No one at the front desk when I went to check out. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the room was worn in places (rug, scratches on walls etc) Overall it was a good place to stay with my two kids for a night and the price was reasonable.

Terrible!

Terrible service, Dirty, stains everywhere, exposed electrical. Exterior of building looked good but easily the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Never again.

Everything was perfect for what I needed and the location was perfect. Very nice suite and very clean except the shower curtain needs a wash - it had that pink buildup and it was stinky. Otherwise everything else was immaculate and very comfortable.

Nice location, good facilities, but quite dirty to be honest. The rooms itself were ok, nothing too dirty but rest of the hotel is. There was a cat family in one corner of the hotel. The breakfast was 2/5. Just the bare minimum pancake, which was actually good, cheap muffins, some fruits, cereals, breads, tea and coffee. The place is ok for a day or two. There's lots of room for improvement.

Always a great place to stay.

With the economy as it is we like to stay here because we book a room with a kitchenette. I suggest you bring your own dishes and utensils. We washed after each use. We brought easy food from home. If you forget anything there's a COOP store. You can access your Netflix account with their smart TV. The room is always clean. They use a room freshner, which for me, is a bit over powering. You have to untuck the blanket at the bottom of the bed if you like it up high on your body.

This property was not bad and would be a lot better if they had a decent manager. The manager/desk clerk was rude, could barely speak English and was of no help at all. When I went to check in all he good do was grunt and point to a sign saying the check in time. I was about and hour and a half early on a Friday morning in a small town. There were lots of rooms that had already been cleaned and ready to go. He finally conceded and checked us in. We were there for two days and had a reservation made about 6 weeks prior. I could not make him understand that I wanted to use my Wyndham rewards card, he just didn't care. He had parked his huge truck right in front of the office which in turn blocked off the handicap parking area, which I needed because of my walker and the truck also blocked of the Veterans parking spot. When we checked out on Sunday morning, about 8:30 their so called breakfast was non existant. They had a couple of containers of dried cereal and that was it. They didn't even have coffee available. The machine was empty. This place is a dump, I will never stay there again.
