I lost my baggage at the transfer airport. I talked to the receptionist at the hotel and she was very helpful and told me where I could buy clothes and daily necessities nearby and called the airline on my behalf. I was very, very impressed with their kindness.」
「Fabulous boutique hotel in an excellent location near several good restaurants and Pieterskerk. Excellent breakfasts are offered in the hotel restaurant. Hotel room had everything one needs- small fridge with wine and water, nespresso coffee machine, excellent shower and comfortable bed. Easily walkable from Leiden Central. 」
「The staff is kind and friendly. Far away from the central station of Leiden, howeve, the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Much appreciated if the room has a bath tub (they told me that they do not have a room with bath tub)
Also, you may need to buy something at the central station before you come to this hotel as there is no spurmarket nere this hotel.」
「Super Location, alles war perfekt, angefangen vom Check-in, der Aufenthalt, Check-out. Super Lage bis zum Strand (15min bequem zu Fuß)
Ausstattung war gut, Kaffee, Kühlschrank, TV, alles sauber und in sehr guten Zustand.Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Wenn nochmal Urlaub in dieser Gegend, dann definitiv würde ich es nochmal buchen. Absolut zum empfehlen.」
