"It was an exceptionally clean and well maintained apartment in downtown Anchorage. The owner/ manager Jeff is really nice and cooperative. I am a solo female traveler and felt quite safe. A full kitchen and separate bedroom for the price of a hotel room was a really good deal. I was in apt 5 and the view was fantastic. Rooms are secured by a code and they have paid laundry too. They also have other apartments with more bedrooms, so it’s good for families. The only few considerations are: 1....

That’s why it was left on your sink and your bathroom toilet slipped once in a while when you sat on it, but I enjoyed what time at your property will stay there again thanks"

I was very disappointed we didn't take advantage of the kayaks etc. It really was a lovely place to rest and play if that is what you come for. The kitchen was adequately stocked. The owner happened to be there when we checked in and made a point to introduce himself and to let us know if we need anything to make sure and reach out ."
