Property was cute, clean, and just what we needed for a visit with our Georgetown University student. Location was perfect! Close to shopping, restaurants, and the school. We will definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful long weekend in Georgetown in this perfectly located, clean, well-kept property a short walk to the Georgetown campus as well as to M Street. We would rent it again in a heartbeat!
Great place! Stayed here for a college visit trip with my daughter. Very clean GREAT location. Vrbo crashed just before check in but host was helpful and we had no issues.
This was the best location for our stay in Georgetown. Excellent communication from the hosts. We had everything we needed for a home away from home with our two teenage daughters.
We would definitely stay again!

Great location, needs work
The property is in a fabulous location for access to Georgetown with great restaurants, shopping and activities. The property needs some repairs and upgrades also, there was not much attention to detail
The property was in an ideal location. It was a bonus to have a garage. We love the place. We would consider staying here again. The only issuewas a plumbing issue. There was a leak from the bathtub and the toilet flapper broke. However, the company was very responsive and took care of the issue immediately. we have no complaints about the service.
it's a really nice little house in a great location; i used the back yard every day to enjoy the outdoors and work. then all of Georgetown is right outside the front door. it was a great stay and I would absolutely go back.
We stayed with three of our grandchildren who were on school vacation in the month of April. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again.
The house is so cute and very clean. All amenities included, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, towels, sheets, etc. Plenty of dishes and silverware, coffee machine with pods refill or regular coffee, and more. Hosts let us check in early and leave a couple of hours late which was SO helpful with little kids. Bring some board games with you if you're spending time indoors, but the location can't be beat in the gate of Georgetown. Quiet street, steps away from tons of great food and local shopping. We had a great experience.
We were in town for a graduation and the location was perfect. The house is very comfortable and has everything you would need. Having parking is a plus! Thanks for a great stay!
The house is just as advertised and is perfect for 2-4 people. The location cannot be beat - it's close to the main strips of Georgetown with retail, restaurants, coffee, etc. The owner is thoughtful and very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you - it was perfect!
A truly wonderful and unique spot. The location gave me easy access to northern Va and all of DC. The garage parking was clutch. The patio was lovely. Will definitely return.
We came down to visit our son who works at Georgetown Hospital, we found the house to be in a perfect spot, very safe, close to everything and the parking was clutch!
This home is nicely equipped and in an absolutely lovely neighborhood with lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The garage is a rarity in Georgetown and suited us we, as we had driven to DC. We parked the car in the garage and left it there, as using rideshare is the way to go for getting from Georgetown to the attractions on the Mall. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed for close to a week and could not have been happier. The location is absolutely amazing. Having a garage space is HUGE! We rented a 7 passenger SUV (Toyota Highlander) and fit no problem. It’s very cute inside and has everything we could need. Very clean and well organized. The water pressure is excellent. Very satisfied and would love to stay again.
We stayed in this beautiful property for 4 days, & it was exactly what we wanted! I always wanted to stay in a little row house in Georgetown- this far exceeded my expectations. I loved the charm of it- an older home that had been maintained close to its original state. I also loved the location it was in. I could walk down the streets of Georgetown without any worries. It’s also very safe to get up before the sun comes up to walk/run, which I really enjoyed.
