Jennifer’s East Side Cozy Condo is the place to stay. My family and I were in town for the Cal Ripken World Series being held in Vincennes. This place has everything you could possibly need except the groceries lol and the beds were comfy. The neighbors were really nice. I would definitely book again. Thank you Jennifer😊

Better than perfect!

This was our place to stay on a family trip for the total eclipse in April 2024. Washington, Indiana, was perfect for the eclipse, just about in the center of the strip of totality. This listing seemed perfect for our needs - 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, nicely decorated with WiFi and smart TVs, and a full kitchen. I was so pleased that it was available. This property was better than we expected. Absolutely perfectly set up, with linens and towels and kitchen wares ready for our stay. We were literally within walking distance of a city park that became our eclipse viewing spot. Weather was perfect, the park was beautiful and full of families and photographers. We had some very good meals at restaurants in the city, and it was easy to pick up any items needed at the stores in town. Many thanks to host Jennifer for her lovely accommodations in a wonderful city that had perfect weather for our stay. Erin & Chris, Ian, Maggie, and Caitln.
