For your added safety and convenience, we offer self check-in. Our home is equipped with electronic door. Prior to your arrival, you'll receive a door code to ensure a seamless check-in process.

Bedroom 1:

Bedroom 1 offers a cozy retreat with a comfortable full-size bed. The room features a spacious closet, providing ample storage space for your belongings. Relax in the cozy sofa chair with a convenient table nearby, ideal for unwinding with a book or use it as work space. Additionally, a cloth hanger and cloth basket are provided for your convenience, ensuring your belongings stay organized during your stay. Experience comfort and functionality in this inviting bedroom.

Bedroom 2

Step into Bedroom 2, your serene haven for relaxation and productivity. This room boasts a luxurious queen-size bed, inviting you to unwind in comfort after a long day of adventure. You'll find a spacious closet, offering ample storage space for your belongings.

Sink into the cozy sofa chair, perfect for enjoying a good book or simply taking a moment to relax. Need to catch up on work? Take advantage of the dedicated workspace complete with a comfortable chair and table, providing a quiet area for productivity.

For your convenience, a cloth hanger and cloth basket are provided, ensuring your belongings stay organized throughout your stay. Plus, enjoy the added luxury of a private full bathroom directly accessible from the bedroom.

Bathrooms:

Our house features two full bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. The first bathroom, conveniently located right next to Bedroom 1, provides easy access for those staying in that room.

The second bathroom is an ensuite, located inside Bedroom 2, offering added privacy and convenience for guests occupying that room.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with all the essentials, including a shower, toilet, and sink, providing everything you need for a refreshing and comfortable experience during your stay.

Parking:

Finding a parking spot in front of the house is usually effortless. In the rare event that it's occupied, there's ample safe parking available on the next block on the same street.

Food:

In accordance with District of Columbia regulations, we are prohibited from leaving perishable food items in refrigerators or kitchen closets. Therefore, all food items will be promptly removed after the guest checks out. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Greenline: Georgia Ave-Petworth subway station is 0.8 miles away. It takes 15 minutes to walk, 2 minutes to drive, 4 minutes by bike, and 6 minutes by bus.

Redline: Fort Totten subway Station is 1.4 miles away. It takes 25 minutes to walk, 6 minutes to drive, 8 minutes by bike, and 10 minutes by bus.

Metro Bus 64 is nearby, coming every 15 minutes, connecting you directly to both subway stations.
