The HVAC system operates seasonally, with heating in colder months and cooling in warmer months. Each apartment allows residents to adjust levels within the allowable setting.

As part of our commitment to providing a premium experience, we offer complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival. However, please note that they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Easy and convenient self check-in is available at this property. Guests will have private access to the unit. All guests will have access to all amenities in the building. Be aware that the outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.
Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $89 per service.

Parking: We can provide covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle for $39 per night. Please let us know if you'd like to add parking, which is payable to our online team. We cannot guarantee that oversized vehicles will fit.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay.

- A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Check-in instructions will only be sent if the deposit has been received.

Please be aware that while we strive to provide a peaceful stay, we do not have control over external factors, such as building maintenance or construction in the building or in the general vicinity. Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. We recommend contacting us before booking if you have concerns about potential noise during your stay. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Everything about this stay was absolutely awesome,everyone at the front desk was more than accommodating as well as welcoming…I would highly recommend anyone in the dc/arlington area who are thinking of staying here to give these nice people a consider.The property is conveniently located close to everything from the commuter train to restaurants

Our stay at this property was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that safety and maintenance were not a priority. Several smoke detectors were covered and inaccessible without a ladder, posing a serious risk to guests. This lack of preparation made the property unfit for a long-term stay, and we ultimately had to leave early for our own safety and peace of mind. Adding to the frustration, the property was in poor condition—broken mirrors, chipped furniture, and a general lack of care. The listing’s description did not match the reality, leaving us feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against staying here unless the host takes significant steps to address these critical issues.

My wife, our two teenage daughters, and I stayed at this apartment in mid October 2024. Both the apartment and our interactions with the property manager were excellent. The apartment is in a high-rise in Arlington. The area is very clean and safe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, and Virginia Sq Metro stop is 2 blocks away. The apartment was also very clean and everything worked well. It has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The view is to the southeast and while good was not of anything particularly interesting. The Wi-Fi was super fast. Everyone in the building was really friendly. The check in process went very smoothly. The apartment complex has a concierge agent in the lobby who were all very helpful and friendly. The check instructions were very clear. The specific property management is done thru Envitae; their communication was clear and prompt and included both text and email. The only snafu was that the parking pass was not in the apartment when we got there, but they rapidly corrected that with the help of the building’s concierge agent. Parking was an extra fee but was reasonable for the DC area. It’s in the garage below the apartment building. It was initially a little confusing about exactly where we could park and where the entrances to the building were from the garage, but again the concierge agents were really helpful in giving us directions. We would stay in this property again in a heartbeat the next time we go to DC.
