「Clean. Lovely staff. Decent breakfast. Accommodating to my dog. Doing (very quiet) renovations so I’m sure they’ll be even better soon. 」

「We have been staying at this BW for many years as we frequent the area. The hotel is undergoing renovations and we were in a room that was recently completed. While it was clean/spotless, the water pressure in the shower was low and lacking hot water. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms especially noticeable by the shower. The new lamps are stylish yet have little function. The beds had previously been equipped with high intensity reading lamps which looked hastily...

「Everything was very nice and clean. The one thing I would recommend is to clean out the coffee machine in the room. Quite dirty on the inside where the k-cups go. The coffee in the breakfast area was real good!,」

「The room was decent but very small. The bathtub kept getting clogged. Sometimes the water didn’t run clean, it felt slimy. The check-in staff was not welcoming at all and very rude!! The staff member that checked me in, actually told me that the scanning ID machine doesn’t like certain states. What???? Smh…. not sure about the gym, but the pool was small. Parking was fine and breakfast was amazing. Thank God for breakfast. 」

The sleeper sofa was in extremely poor condition and couldn’t fit 2 children at all. The tv wouldn’t work and I spent a lot of time fixing it myself after calling the front desk. We understand the renovations were happening but would’ve appreciated a different room considering we didn’t have our pet and were placed right next to the construction area. It...

「We stopped over for a quick night sleep and breakfast. Entrance way, first opinion, was full of bagged salt and a stored snowblower. All necessary equipment, but could have been stored another place. The frig for storing the yogurt and butter and such was in a corner and the door hinge was on the wrong side that couls easily been reversed. Also, this frig was cramped in the corner with a table hindering access. Small things like the manager's office door was open at the front desk and this...

「This location definitely served its purpose. Outside of having trouble with the keycard working, and thinking we had a pullout sofa bed because the description states it slept 3. It was a solid night of sleep. They brought a rollaway bed for our teenaged son, and we only needed 1 key card to work. 」
