The Space:
The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The 46 m² area is divided into a living room with two single sofas, a kitchenette divided by a wall, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The living room has access to a private balcony equipped with garden furniture. The balcony faces the estate's inner courtyard, giving a sense of peace and quiet. The comfortable corner sofa is the perfect place to relax and is also designed to sleep 1 person. There is also a single fold-out armchair in the living room. Additionally, the décor and furnishings of the apartment are cosy and created with functionality in mind. In the bedroom there is a desk with an office chair, which allows the room to be easily used as a home office. The functionality of the apartment is further enhanced by a wide range of amenities. These amenities include multimedia (a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi) and full bathroom and kitchen facilities such as a washing machine and dishwasher. The Neighborhood:
This bright apartment is located in a gated residential estate “Osiedle na Woli” on Sowińskiego Street in Wola district. The location in the green part of the district with easy access to other districts of Warsaw is an excellent option for those seeking relaxation without giving up the comforts of city life. In the neighborhood there are all the facilities of the city infrastructure: bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores (Biedronka, Żabka, Carrefour). Wola Park Shopping Center with a large two-storey supermarket, 180 stores, and a cinema is located just 1.5 km from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity there are extensive green areas and recreational facilities: Powstańców Warszawy Park with a children's playground and walking paths, Sowińskiego Park and Szymański Park with rich sports and recreational infrastructure (pond, multimedia fountain park, tennis club, bungee jumping, walking and cycling paths, playgrounds). The car drive to the city center takes about 20 minutes, while the Chopin Airport can be reached in about half an hour.
