The Neighborhood:
This comfortable apartment is located in the new “Kolorowy Gocław” housing estate at Międzyborska street in Warsaw. The estate is part of the Gocław area of the South Praga district – a very quiet and at the same time convenient part of the capital to live, with a rich commercial infrastructure, dense network of public transport, and full of greenery. The neighborhood takes care of all daily needs, thanks to the proximity of two shopping centers: CH Gocław with a Kaufland supermarket (600 meters from the apartment) and Atrium Promenada with over 150 shopping and service points, a food court, a gym, and a cinema (1.3 km). Other places of recreation and entertainment in the immediate and near vicinity are: Park over Balaton, Olszynka Grochowska reserve, Wodnik swimming pool, Skaryszewski Park, Powszechny Theatre, National Stadium.
