「My second stay, two nights this time. Overall great. Phone in room did not work and cell was sketchy so I had to walk out to the desk in my PJs to get an issue resolved (needed WIFI code as mine had expired). Bathtub drain backed up somewhat as I was showering. Otherwise great stay. Thanks for the 2 extra pillows as I requested, I really need them.」
「Kai was gracious. It is Pet Friendly, but the pet fee is almost as much as the room fee. Location is nearly perfect. Rooms are comfortable. We did have a few power outages, but thermostats were programmed and I have a battery backup for the sound machine. 」
「The floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.」
「First, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didn’t give me a hassle at all and were understanding. 」
