"Beautiful sun rises and sunsets over the river and city. This flat is a nice place for a couple to come and stay for a weekend. We enjoyed being close to the beaches and restaurants (waking distance for everything). Just to note…there are no early check ins, not even one minute early. You have pay extra for early check in. There is no parking lot, only 15 minute unloading parking and then you have to park on the street or their extra parking lot down the road. It is also very very loud from the cars going by and the night life. We just so happened to be there the night of a concert which was fine until 11am but the bar across the river has loud music until 2am so you’re up with the music. Maybe it isn’t like that every weekend. Great place for the night life people! We had a baby so it was a bit more challenging. "

"We had the best family vacation at the Parkside Beach House!!! Julia was always quick to respond so check-in went smoothly. We made a lot of memories in the kitchen as we cooked and ate together. The only thing that we did not find was a crockpot but there were so many other dishes, pots and pans that we no longer needed one.The house was as spacious as described and comfortably fit all of our family's ages. We would definitely come back!"
