「Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C」

「Unfortunately I found the bed very uncomfortable… it was like that mattress was worn out… we did not have a good night sleep which for me is a very important part of one’s stay… I think the mattress needed replacement… Appreciated it he fact that the bar was opened late Breakfast was good And there was a good happy vibe across the hotel」

「Very pleasant stay for 1 night attending a business meeting locally. They can use an extra pair of hands behind the bar for the early hours of the evening when there was a bit of a queue. Otherwise couldn't fault the place and will gladly be back again.」

「Lovely hotel, our room looked onto the Victoria Quays and had a balcony. Bed super comfortable, well appointed bathroom, great shower, nice toiletries. Leggero nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer. Adjustable rainbow colours around bed head is a nice touch. Breakfast in the Tavern is fab, friendly and helpful staff, nice bar, 15 mins walk to the Crucible, much of the way is newly paved, pedestrianised path with wild flowers and outdoor seats. Outdoor carpark on site costs £10 per day....
