"Room was good. Had a view of the Thames. Staff overall were very helpful. Position a bit out of Central London but good bus services to London Bridge and Victoria Station. Also free ferry over Thames to Canary Wharf. Breakfast was disappointing. A lot of choices either not working or not being replenished depending on who was on. Was an upgraded hostel but overall we were satisfied for the price."

"I thought the hotel was great value for money, I liked that they had a bar and you could get food and drink. The room was only small but had everything you need. I would stay again"

"The drawer holding the safe was broken and nearly fell on my foot. When I reported it the receptionist’s first comment was ‘are you ok?’ That drawer and one in the desk were replaced very quickly. Easy access to airport, no need for bus/taxi etc"
