"Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "It was a lovely and pleasant stay in Oxford with my family. Loved the house with a nice interior design touch, also very practical. All the instructions were in place to use the kitchen appliances. Looking at the photos, I wasn't sure about the size of the property before our stay, but it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Thank you"

"Really well equipped 1 bed apartment. Big comfy bed, quite a spacious room and all areas nice and clean. Controlled access so felt very safe and secure at all times. "

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable."
