「We stayed in a mobility accessible room, as it was the only kitchenette room available when we booked. The kitchenette has basic pans and silverware, but no glasses, plates, etc. How does a kitchenette in wine country not even have wine glasses or a corkscrew? It has a dish drying rack but no sponge or dish soap. The way the accessible shower is designed, there is barely a lip between the shower floor and bathroom floor and the shower curtain doesn't reach the floor, so the floor floods when you...

「No black out drapes and the parking light was so bright it made it hard to sleep. Rude staff at check-in but the two staff after one girl and Dylan this am were nice. I asked for high floor and close to elevators. The clerk stated 1st or 2nd but we got on elevator someone going to 3rd floor who registered after us. I feel like the clerk punished us with our room.」
