"New construction (and all that implies) in a town where re-habs are more the norm - maybe a little less charm, but all the modern comforts and a very "clean" modern design. No stairs to get in, either. Very fully equipped - we actually cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and since this was football nirvana the monster of a TV was frankly way bigger than what we have at home. The thing I think is best is that the location is really close to the Main Street action, but just outside the crazy noise...
