「Just came back after a 2-night stay. The place was easy enough to find and we didn’t struggle for parking either, location is great. However, as it is self check-in there isn’t anyone around. Everything is done via text messages and code locks. The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned at all after the previous guests had left. I let the person at the other end of the text messages know, and we were “upgraded” to another room (slightly larger and had a bathtub instead of a shower). This ...

「Made very welcome and good parking the local buses stop outside which a nice bonus breakfast was excellent」

「Very convenient for parents who send their children to hull university. The room very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is okay.」

「We checked in late as we were only staying one night to help my daughter move out of her dorm. We didn’t bring any of our soap and shampoo since we thought they would have it. The room had no soap or shampoo in the room. It was too late to get it from the front desk so we lived without. Other than that the room was fine. There was an odd sliding door next to one of our beds. Someone opened it from the hallway in the morning. That should be more secure.」
