「A beautiful, historic castle outside Edinburgh. Room was very nice--bed comfortable, bathroom clean and roomy enough. Restaurant in the basement is a "must do." Steaks are cooked over a wood fire. Food was superb. Only negative was that I learned if you don't book directly with Melville Castle then breakfast is not included. I used a Expedia to book, so no breakfast included, which didn't seem right given the room prices. Overall a great experience. My wife and I would like to return sometime.」

「Really lovely and comfortable accomodation. Very well equipped with a sitting area, table and chairs, and a well stocked pantry with a mini fridge. Lots of character. We had a lovely time.」
