"None working air conditioners in many rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor, as front desk staff checked multiple rooms. (Rooms do not have separate air conditioning and yet the main hotel air system seemed not working to distribute cool air to each of rooms as only air blowing through). Spent a hot night with windows fully opening not even cooling down by fresh air. Streets were so noisy. We booked 2 king sized bed as advertised but endup as 2 twin beds. The 20EU paid parking undergound leaks drainage..."

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd...
