Perfect for our needs. I called to check the ground floor room was available for my octogenarian mother who struggles with stairs. It was and after booking via a third party app I called to confirm my request had been noted. It was. Room was perfect with easy access from the car park. Breakfast was excellent. Shame we couldn't stay to try the new Malaysian Tamil Street Food restaurant. Hopefully next time.
